VAXXED

In 2013, biologist Dr. Brian Hooker received a call from a Senior Scientist at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) who led the agency’s 2004 study on the Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) vaccine and its link to autism.

The scientist, Dr. William Thompson, confessed that the CDC had omitted crucial data in their final report that revealed a causal relationship between the MMR vaccine and autism. Over several months, Dr. Hooker records the phone calls made to him by Dr. Thompson who provides the confidential data destroyed by his colleagues at the CDC.

Dr. Hooker enlists the help of Dr. Andrew Wakefield, the British gastroenterologist falsely accused of starting the anti-vax movement when he first reported in 1998 that the MMR vaccine may cause autism. In his ongoing effort to advocate for children’s health, Wakefield directs this documentary examining the evidence behind an appalling cover-up committed by the government agency charged with protecting the health of American citizens.

Interviews with pharmaceutical insiders, doctors, politicians, and parents of vaccine-injured children reveal an alarming deception that has contributed to the skyrocketing increase of autism and potentially the most catastrophic epidemic of our lifetime.

VAXXED II, THE PEOPLE’S TRUTH

In 2016, a media firestorm erupted when the Tribeca Film Festival abruptly censored its documentary selection, VAXXED: FROM COVER-UP TO CATASTROPHE, amid pressure from pro-pharmaceutical interests. The film’s subject, Dr. William Thompson, a senior scientist with the Centers for Disease Control, had done the unthinkable, as far as Big Pharma was concerned: He had admitted that the results of a pivotal vaccine safety study conducted by the CDC were fraudulent. That revelation had catapulted VAXXED from obscurity to notoriety—as well as made it a huge target of censorship. In no time, the film became a worldwide trending topic and sold out in every theater around the U.S.—and eventually in other countries—where it opened.

Stunned by the enormous number of parents lining up outside the theaters with vaccine-injury stories to share, VAXXED producer Polly Tommey began to live-stream their voices. Each story reached millions of watchers worldwide. A beleaguered community that had once been silenced was finally empowered to rise up.

One outcome of VAXXED: FROM COVER-UP TO CATASTROPHE and the live-streamed injury accounts that trailed in its wake was a second film, produced in 2019 and titled VAXXED II: THE PEOPLE’S TRUTH. This follow-up documentary covers scenes from the more than 50,000 miles that Polly and the VAXXED team traveled in the U.S. and around the world. The thousands of interviews they conducted with parents and doctors who have nothing to gain and everything to lose have exposed the alarming extent of the vaccine injury epidemic.

We will have accomplished our mission when these two films’ messages reach every single parent and guardian of young children on this planet and cause them to ask themselves: “Are vaccines really as safe and effective as we’ve been told?”

VETO: FILM EXPOSING WESTERN PROPAGANDA

I met journalist and friend Rafiq Lutf and cameraman Abdul-Mun’aim Arnous in January 2018 and I was honoured when Rafiq asked me to work with him on his film project, The Veto.

As Dr Shaaban said to me in August 2016, “Western propaganda is paid for in Syrian blood”. This is true. The horrifying bloodshed and loss of life in Syria could never have happened without the colonial media manufacturing consent for another illegal war against a Sovereign nation.

The Veto tracks the evolution of the propaganda campaign waged by Western media against Syria. From Baba Amr in Homs 2011/2012 until the modern day “propaganda construct” – the NATO-member-state funded White Helmets.

It honours Russia and China’s vetoes that have consistently defended Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity in the UN.

George Orwell said ““The most effective way to destroy people is to deny and obliterate their own understanding of their history.” Western media has been tasked with writing the history of the Syrian conflict to serve the aggressors in the US Coalition of terrorism. As Dr Shaaban also told me:

“The US alliance and its media are focusing on our history, material history, cultural history, identity, our army. Any power that keeps you as an entire state, or any statesman that represents strength or unity will be demonized and destroyed.”

The Veto exposes the criminal intentions of Western media and it archives the progression of the propaganda war waged by the West against Syria. Syrians are writing the history of the Syrian conflict because Syria and her allies have courageously resisted the Imperialist machine.

As Rafiq has said so eloquently “ we are the Veto” and we must use it against the Industrial Media Complex in the West.

Syria’s history belongs to the Syrians and Syria’s final victory must ensure that Western media is never again given the power to destroy a nation, divide its people and promote international terrorism both military and economic.

VIETNAM: AMERICAN HOLOCAUST

Vietnam: American Holocaust exposes one of the worst cases of sustained mass slaughter in history, carefully planned and executed by presidents of both parties.. US dedicated generals and foot soldiers, knowingly or unknowingly, killed nearly 5 million people, on an almost unimaginable scale, mostly using incendiary bombs.

VIETNAM: STILL AMERICA’S WAR

“This film is not about day-to-day slaughter of soldiers. It’s about the continuing and growing and forgotten suffering of the Vietnamese people in what is still, almost incredibly, America’s war.”

For the first film in the Pilger series, made by ATV for the ITV network, John Pilger returns to Vietnam with director Charles Denton in 1974. America had withdrawn its ground forces at the beginning of the previous year, he reports, yet the war had not ended. During this ‘peace’, more than 70,000 soldiers and civilians had been killed.

The film reveals that the Pentagon still has thousands of senior officers, pilots and technicians in Vietnam, many described as civilians. Pilger interviews pilots and Marines disguised as civilian contractors and concludes that the cost of the war is still being paid by real civilians – the Vietnamese.

A nurse at a Quaker hospital tells him that that 65 per cent of patients’ injuries are still war-related, most a result of children stepping on unexploded mines, and no money allocated for this in the peace agreement had been forthcoming. An aid worker says that victims in a refugee village are hungrier than they were a year earlier. This film was broadcast at a time when the war in Vietnam rarely appeared in the news and would set a pattern for much of Pilger’s reporting that departed from the ‘mainstream’.
